Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Midway Baseball

Registration will close April 10th 2026. Refunds will be given up to that date. If the season is canceled for some uncontrolled reason. MBSA will assess and determine a refund or credit based on the time or time left in the season. If a player is injured or moved out of town. MBSA will handle these cases on a per player basis.

Midway Flames Softball

Registration will close April 10th 2026. Refunds will be given up to that date. If the season is canceled for some uncontrolled reason. MBSA will assess and determine a refund or credit based on the time or time left in the season. If a player is injured or moved out of town. MBSA will handle these cases on a per player basis.

Midway Camps at UIC

This is a free camp there is no return policy.

Umpire Registration

This is an umpire registration application and there is no fee required.
