Flames fast-pitch Softball is a girls rec league for ages 7 to 18 that compete against other surrounding softball leagues. They also travel to local parks to play outside of their Midway field.

Age the child is on 12/31/2026
8u 7-8 yrs old
10u 9-10 yrs old
12u 11-12 yrs old

18u 17-18 yrs old

Fall Ball Starts
When does the season Start/Finish?
The season starts in Late August/Early September. Practices will start after the coaches are assigned a team. The Fall ball season will end mid to late October weather permitting. Playoffs will be determined by the amount of participating teams.
Uniform
All players will receive a Jersey
ZERO TOLERANCE
Parents/Coaches will need to accept the Zero Tolerance Code of Conduct Agreement in order to register their child.
Practice and Games
Where and what time are practices and games typically held?
Practices are at the coach's discretion as all Midway BSA Affiliated coach's are volunteers. Practices are held based on their availability. There is limited field availability coaches may practice outside of Midway fields at surrounding neighborhood parks. Normally coaches practice 1 to 2 times a week.
Games : Softball games are primarily on weekends , but can schedule during the week. Softball has home and away games.
Want to play for Free?
The registration fee is $125 per player. Each player will receive a book of 10 raffle tickets at $5 each per ticket to sell, which allows you to recoup $50 of your registration fee. After selling the first book you can get additional books to sell; for every extra book sold, $25 will go to the organization and $25 will go to the player, giving the opportunity to earn back your full registration fee. It's a little work to play for free.
